Simple utility to save all of the attachments on outlook emails from a specified sender to a specified folder. Then to convert the HTML attachments to Text for programatically reading and entering into the columns of a database.

Customer Application – An application to send marketing emails. For want of a better discription it’s a spamming tool that links with SQL to any database and produces mailmerged individual HTME e-mails. We are offering this as a service.

Despatcher

Initially designed as an automation solution for report writers, Despatcher can distribute any file as an attachment to an e-mail without human intervention. Despatcher will link to SMS master from GCR Software to send SMS message notification.

Data Analiser

A utility for developers to help research and document databases and tables. Code generation for data handling, display unique data and counts for any column, replicate tables and data between databases and platforms. Data Analiser provides a useful tool for developers while analising or documenting documentation on databases.

Intranet Builder

A utility that builds linked web pages from a folder and all folders within, listing and hot linking all files within. Basically save all of your automation produced reports as PDF’s to a directory structure that follows your company structure and then turn in into an intranet site.

PSe Alternative Reporting Structures

A customer with a large number of locations wanted to report by department . Because the company had grown by acquisition and there was no discipline in the use of org Unit or costcode, I developed a 'drag and drop' Tee Chart where they could design various alternative reporting structures.Employees could be selected as a group by their organisational unit, or location but could be overidden by their emp no, while also automatically accepting changes and additions made in PSe.

PSe Audit Normalization

A Northgate PS Enterprise customer wanted a way to provide more accurate reporting from the audit data. Unfortunately the tools within the standard product were unable to be scheduled and took too long to process. Our solution also provides a way to archive the data to a CD and provide a long awaited “Auto Take-on” Report.

PSe Payslip Printing Via Laser Server

A Northgate PS Enterprise customer wanted to print large volumes of payslips, using the Gandlake LaserServe. PSe uses Cognos Impromptu to produce Payslips but is unable to provide an adequate text output for LaserServe. Our solution also provided a means of changing text narratives and dramatically reduced the time to produce the payslips.

Report Launcher for Cognos

Report Launcher, written using standard Cognos Script presents the user with a window list of all of the pay run reports. The required reports are checked and the parameters are only entered in once (Selected from a list box). Output is either to print or PDF archive.

E-mail to Order Input Screen Interface

A customer who has a large volume of purchase orders placed by the internet was re typing them into their order entry system, causing a backlog. The incoming e-mails from their largest customer were formatted and we produced an interface solution that entered then directly into their order entry system. While doing the analysis for this project we saw and provided various report opportunities.
